The new workout plan to getting wider and thicker

That would be awesome, but Isn’t better to rotate some of the excercises, instead of doing the same same for long time?

So guys!
The new workout “The powerlook program” Really look like a Powerlifight program. The coach don’t say anything about joint stress, and I would like to discuss about it, because, it is a pain.
What’s your opinion about it?

You need to stick to a few proven excercises in order to make and evaluate progress. In my opinion, you can spend a year trying to improve technique on the basic compound excercises (and still not be there). I recommend you get a coach who can assist you in perfecting the compound excercises in order to lift heavy consistently.

I’ll be following this one. I agree, you should find a basic program and stick to it to see results. You can find plenty of “how to” videos that break down correct technique for your compound movements.

In all of this time you’ve spent questioning the program, you could have gotten through a full week of it and already had some thoughts of your own.

I’ve done it in the past, and my joints are asking me again “are you sure, mate?”

You have NOT done the complete powerlook program in the past: there’s no reason to lie.

For width and thickness, try getting stronger on a few barbell lifts.

To minimize joint stress, balance “pushing” with “pulling.” And use Some machines so you don’t beat yourself up.

To prevent general overuse, don’t do the same stuff every day.

Here you go!

You guys are going in circles with this guy and have been for months.
