Is it gross that on Saturday mornings I always eat a whole box of Kashi Go Lean? Breakfast is usually that, some leftover baked chicken, and roughly 8 pieces of string cheese, haha.
all these ectos who can get away with eating this shit
Eh, don’t take the talk too seriously. For example, when I do the box of Kashi, cheese and chicken on Saturday mornings (maybe 2k cals or a bit more), I don’t end up eating again until dinner usually. Might be 4k cals for the whole day, which is about average.
I’m actually gonna be working with John Meadows soon…so, I dunno how that will affect my Sunday Fundays…I told him that I like to refeed/cheat day on Sundays, so we will see.

I think people were taking my OP too seriously tbh…lol

well…I didn’t think you literally hated us lolol. But, I wanted you to know that I’m naturally a fat ass…and have never been lean my whole lift except for the last 5 months or so.
-6 egg omlette with corned beef
-Home Fries
-4 pieces toast with shit ton of peanut butter
-6 pieces french toast drenched in syrup
-5 pieces blueberry pie. Literally 5 pieces
Somehow I didn’t gain too much weight from this as I did this 4-5 days ago and have actually lost again since then. But it was definetely one of those times where you have an epic battle with food thats worth retelling of over beer.

It makes me laugh when I read these posts about hard gainers struggling to take in extra kcals. The snacks below I can eat right after normal dinner:
250-350g cashew nuts
200-300g large raisins
Lots of oatmeal, made with 50% semi-skimmed milk (lactose free) and 50% water
Lots of cinnamon and loads of honey
Good old wholesome food? Yes. Sky high levels of all macros, especially carbs and fat? Oh damn yes!!!
WHo said anything about hard gainers? Sorry if that was not intended as an insult to this thread. But i do agree with the statement about people not being able to eat to grow. NEver been a problem for me. I can easly out eat my growing ability.

sound like the most amazing saturday morning ever…
I should probably add that the rest of the day was accompanied with insane bloating, totally worth it. Also set a squat PR that day so food well deserved.

This.
Plus disappointment to learn this thread’s actual content (and I generally like facko’s posts)

I’ll remedy this.
But…I intended for this thread to serve as a weekly diary/post of my Sunday Funday junk days from hell.
I intend to eat quantities and combinations once thought impossible.
just messin with you man, do your thing
(I’m a dick in the NFL thread and apparently it spills over to other threads too)

Im going to eat a stuffed chicago style pizza on Saturday, 6 slices apparently 700+ cals a slice
funny thing is this probably wont cause ME any damage ;D
Hopefully not, if you are properly depleted. I tend to come in Sunday relatively carb depleted and after a low calorie day. I’ll then train fasted with BCAAs…and commence the shitfest when I’m done. The following day will be a fast or very low cal…no damage.
