Some guys named Tony and Juan with the LCRA. (We had to call in the big guys to hang it, the city or county doesn’t have a big enough truck.)
The bucket kept getting stuck and the mechanics had to keep working on it while he was hanging it. I would have been scared shitless!

My buddy is the public works director for the city, so he knows how to work all that, I just do the grunt work.
By the time they got done, Tony looked like he needed a drink!

We have one bridge across the river that divides town. This sits at the end of the bridge, so you definitely drive by and see it, whether you want to or not…lol
