Workouts as usual. Nothing really to note just putting in the work.

The abzzzz are back with this new routine (plus running and eating better) pretty cool stuff considering I’m about 200lbs now.

Loving this new warmup I came up with, always kicks my ass

Pullups x 10
Judo Pushups x 10
Box Jumps x 10
Lunges x 20 (each leg)
Swiss ball crunches x 20

Repeat three times. Still adding things as I see fit.

Think I’m going to take tomorrow off been lifting for 8 or 9 days with no break. Just bike around town or something I guess.

Looking forward to some PR’s this week.

Hey Lula!

Yeah I’m not too consistent with logging stuff.
Checked out your log though and started feeling really bad realizing you’re as strong as me and I have like 60lbs on you… but then I realize you’re Wonder Woman! So can’t help it.

Good workouts past couple days, itb band acting up again, gotta stretch out a little bit better.

Things to note: Incline Bench - 220 x 4 x 2, 225 x 2, all PR’S

Deficit Deadlift - 365 x 2, 385 x 1, getting stronger from the ground

Today was a vanity workout haha. But I started off with some powercleans

Worked up to 225 x 3 (PR) but shitty ass form, dropped down to 205 and 185 to work on my form again, it’s coming back but nowhere near as smooth it used to be. Probably going to start working in the overhead squats and snatches again get that explosiveness back.

And the warmup now consists of

Pullups x 10

Me too. This is just the longest I’ve been stuck on one idea. It’s good to keep evaluating, you only live once, why not do everything you can possibly do?

Grilled Chicken? Like real Grilled chicken not the fake shit they serve in my dining hall!? That sounds sooooo good. Better have saved me some. I’ll trade some kick-ass recipes? If you dig sweet stuff.

CG Bench - 245 x 2, 1, 1, 1

First set was sketchy because of a bad setup, the singles were fast and smooth. If I had a spot would have went for 3 or 4 but nobody in this school gym spots right(always keep their hands on the bar even if YOU TELL THEM DON’T HELP ME!) Doesn’t help the fact that no one thinks a scrawny ass white guy can bench that much, don’t know if that’s a good thing or a bad thing.

4 inch Deficit Deadlift, worked up to 405 x 2 2/3 (Right grip fagged out)

Not bad considering my pr is 405 x 3 on normal deadlifts so that is definitely an improvement. Felt fast until the third rep lol.

Just doing work on squats, gotta take it slow.

Yesterday

Military - 145 x 5 (PR)

Barbell Rows 5 x 10

Front Squats - 175 x 6

Today

Random stuff

Powercleans - 210 x 5

Push Press - 175 x 3, 200 x 2

Leg Press - 9pps x 7

Getting stronger. Not bad.

Incline Bench - 215 x 2 x 3, 220 x 2, 205 x 4 All PR’s

Deficit Dead - easy 365 x 5

Squats - 205 x 2 x 8 (Calf and form feeling much better still going to take it slow, don’t want to tear that shit again)

Today

Random shit but hit 220 x 3 for powercleans (4th, 5th and 6th reps were ugly as shit and I didn’t really have control of the last two so I did another set of 3!) Easy PR’s. The power cleans are really going to up my deadlift.
