The Left vs. the Left

I’m sure in your mind that comparison makes sense…

And while the FDA is twiddling it’s thumbs doing rigorous studies, the public has to travel outside of this country to get this treatment. Why is this not offered in the U.S. and the choice is with the public?

Doesn’t matter. Because both corporate parties voted for the war the money is what I’m talking about. The fact that both parties voted for the wars are independent of the economic consequences.

The most left wing Marxist/communist on this board asking why the public doesn’t get to make the choice… I’m so glad you’re back.

So if the side effects of approved drugs are okay, why not stem cells? Since plenty of people are flying out of the country to get this “risky” procedure. All the while denying FDA approved drugs.

The link actually uses the word rare in describing side effects. And what kind of stem cells were used makes a big difference?

People are choosing all the time to go outside of this country for stem cell treatment because they can not get it here. Why do they choose to do that?

As far as a conspiracy is concerned./ It happens all the time. Here is the definition of conspiracy:Conspiracy

An agreement between two or more persons to engage jointly in an unlawful or criminal act, or an act that is innocent in itself but becomes unlawful when done by the combination of actors.

You have the worst case of cognitive dissonance I’ve ever seen.

You have proof of the FDA and Pharmaceutical companies conspiring together, correct? Why aren’t you whistleblowing?

You’re the one that is all about big pro government man, not me.

(Not that I necessarily disagree with the FDA or whoever on this, just saying…)

This has been answered already.

From a non-scientific standpoint, as in I don’t know shit about the FDA and the drug approval process, I’ve learned a lot reading from Aragon and ActivitiesGuy. There is nothing I can add to their analysis of how studies are done and why they are done.

As somebody who has lived in SE Asia where there are hardly any regulations at all and you can get/do almost whatever you want, the biggest difference is the USA is a law abiding country that has regulations and you can sue if a company gives you a drug that causes harm. If this happens in some third world country there is no way you can go after the company or the doctor. This is for medical procedures or just about anything. When I go on a scub diving trip in Indonesia I didn’t sign anything, I signed a lot of shit for my dive trip from a US based company. Again, I’ll add that from a medical standpoint I don’t have any experience in this field and rely heavily on people who actually know what they’re talking about (in this case Aragon and ActivitiesGuy) to understand and explain, as they have. Just like how I know some tax laws but I don’t pretend to know taxes like a CPA.

Edit: If the people who actually know what they’re talking about see anything wrong with my above assessment please correct. This is not my area of expertise.

And who controls the FDA?

I think it was an accurate and reasonable post man.

You’re just talking to someone who those things don’t get through too.

Let me say this again:

You’re complaining about big government, yet champion big government.

I’m telling you to look at your own policy ideas, and you’ll likely find the answer to all your concerns re: the FDA and the lack of stemcells.

And you champion capitalism but do not look behind the unbridled perversion of it which is run amok. Just about anyone knows that corporations control the political system i.e. the government. Which is why they have so many lobbyists and contribute so much to campaigns. Do they do that just for fun? Wall Street gave more money to Obama in 2008, then ant other candidate ever. And not one of the big wigs from the finance industry went to jail. Coincidence? To you yes. But to millions of Americans who are not blinded by ideology the answer is no.

And I’m telling you to look at the political contributions and the revolving door between the FDA and Big Pharma and you will find answers.

Uh oh, the tolerant and diverse Left isn’t looking too tolerant and diverse anymore.

If they controlled the political system they wouldn’t need lobbyist nor would they need to spend money on campaigns… :derp:

For the, I donno 37th time, who should have gone to jail?

How much money did they give Hillary Clinton who is now jobless?

Right… These same millions think we didn’t land on the moon, that 9/11 was an inside job, and lizard jew elites run the world.

Just hilarious coming from you.
