The Israel / Hamas Conflict

Right. That makes sense. If that was peoples attitudes here - I’d probably not have bothered arguing anything.

This wasn’t in reference to pulling any triggers. The point is that Israel doesn’t have a responsibility to provide infrastructure to Gaza.

And Hamas is the only one shooting citizens at concerts, so I’m not sure why you’re bringing that up.

And with over 30 americans killed and many held hostage

America should be bombing the hell out Iran

You stated that you doubted it was happening and asked for sources. I provided sources.

If you need specific questions: Why do you think that the international community in general or Israel in specific has a responsibility to build infrastructure and provide aid to Gaza when Hamas will tear that infrastructure apart and repurpose the aid in order to kill Israelis? If you don’t think that we should be providing aid to Gaza, then in what ways do you think that Israel has responsibility for the situation on the ground for the average citizen in Gaza? If you don’t think that Israel has a responsibility for the situation on the ground, why are you using Holocaust language to describe what is being done ot the Gazans, supposedly at the fault of the Israelis?

The above question (“How can you help people if everything they give them will be used as a weapon?”) wasn’t intended to make any assumptions about who you are. It’s a serious question if you think that Israel or the international community have a responsibility to help Gazans.

If you want to discuss more generally, what do you think that Israel should do in Gaza? How should Israel respond to the kidnapping, murder, rape, and torture of its citizens? Or, how do you think that the US should respond if the Mexican government sent forces across the border and did the things that Hamas did somewhere in the US?

Give it time, that will happen but it won’t be the mexicans nor the mexican government

You definitely are if you don’t know who Yasser Arafat and the PLO are.

Let me help you, since you seem resistant to taking in any new information but insist on thinking you know more about this situation than everybody else:

To put it simply- You have bought in to a false narrative, and are propegating a multi generational red herring.

UK and USA just vetoed the proposed resolution on a ceasefire and the other allowing the passage of humanitarian aid at the UN Security Council .

Given that, just like Hamas, Nazi ideology revolved around genocidal antisemitism, yes. Any moron can cherry pick elements of an ideology and find commonalities with other groups. One could just as easily do this to “prove” Obama is a communist or a capitalist.

Ideologies are not partially embraced and followed; it’s all or nothing.

Only, Americans did. Palestinian Arabs arrived with the Arab invaders and colonists (when they were known simply as Arabs). However, unlike those who would go on to be called Americans, they never said this is our country, these are our borders, this is our constitution. They were a people who were never citizens, unlike Americans, but always subjects. They weren’t even Palestinians until about 1900.

Was that before or after?

I did not ask for sources. I asked if you were sure. You didn’t answer my question, you gave a source instead. I wonder how trustworthy you consider your source to be.

I do not consider myself to need anything from you.

Hahahaha

Yeah you say its serious and then I laugh… I can see how that can seem rude. I do not owe you an explanation, but I will explain. Here is why it’s funny. Get ready. It is funny because the italicized part below is the opposite of the bolded part above. The italicized part below is what I said. The bolded part above is what you imagined I must have meant to eventually say, or something

You highlighted it. You quoted it. You italicized it. Clearly you saw me say it with your eyes. Clearly your mind registered it to be of some importance. Yet you are still somehow blind to it.

Have they not travelled throughout the land so their hearts may reason, and their ears may listen? Indeed, it is not the eyes that are blind, but it is the hearts in the chests that grow blind.

Just leave me alone for a few days man - it’ll be alright inshaAllah

Why do I seem that way to you? Can you quote back to me examples of when and why my words gave you that impression? Maybe you can, but don’t feel like putting in the effort - that’s fine - I can respect that. But I can’t do much constructive with your opinion unless you detail it.

Can you quote where it is that you think I did that?

It is evidenced by literally every single post you’ve made in this thread.

Im not responsible for unfucking your head. Thats your job.

Carry on with your jingoism. Don’t learn a thing about the guy that started literally All of this current bullshit.

You’ve chosen your side and seem quite comfortable with it.

They were so blind they were able to find the cowardly rage to rape women and murder babies and children. And when they’re not busy killing non Muslims, they find the time to beat their own women, murder gays, and strap bombs to their own children. I keep hearing how this is the religion of peace. Do you all mean making infidels rest in peace?

Correct. Starvation is the default. Eating the food that’s available to you doesn’t make you responsible for somewhere else not having food.

Something, something colonizer… dominant culture… privilege… they/them… literally Hitler.

Sorry, I we had a meeting at work today and anti-racism and implicit bias came up. I walked out and did my work. (Okay, I snuck out).

Without Israel, who is the US going to use to take out the next nuclear reactor Iran tries to build?

Man, if I was a Jew in America, I’d quit this party affiliation bullshit, and just vote on the one issue. This Israel/Hamas thing has laid bare some serious Jewish hatred.

Then you ought not ever liken any Muslims with Nazis ever again, for the rest of forever, if you are truthful
