I feel morally obligated to inform you that I could, without lying or exaggerating, say something similar of you

I also feel morally obligated to inform you that I hope and suspect that you did have a few posts that didn’t fit that description - maybe my eyes passed over them without grabbing my attention. Maybe I just don’t, within this moment quite remember.

A Matthew 7 type thing. To the extent that you may have intended to benefit me from sharing that information, I’d like to give you a solid 10x or more - if possible

“Good luck, tho I don’t believe in luck”

Peace, and I do believe in peace

Assalamu’alaikum wa rahmatullah

Which I didn’t do. I was offering a counter to your silly comparison using your “logic.”

And where does murdering, torturing, and raping infidels fit in with that objective? How about slavery?

Never?

Murdering, nowhere

Torturing? I’m not aware of anywhere that would fit in with Islam - but maybe there are places which I’m not aware of. Feel free to share some information on it if you would like

Slavery, if one has slaves clothing them and feeding them to the same quality as ones family and self. Avoiding harshness. Allowing them, or someone to buy back their freedom, or preferably the master freeing them oneself, expecting to be rewarded by Allah.

Slaves, taking them. To my knowledge, only as spoils of war. War requiring a unified Islamic state, which there currently are none in my view. There are no Muslim countries - there are countries which have a Muslim majority population, which have some number of laws on the books which are guided by Muslim philosophies. So I have not looked into the taking of slaves all that much since the world would have to change a bunch for those teachings to have much relevance to me or my progeny.

Rape, nowhere at first glance. On second glance, you’d possibly argue that sex with slaves is rape.

That is as genuine of answers as I can muster at the moment - and I did not owe you any response at all whatsoever in the least

edit: These answers are off the top of my head,

@squating_bear Do you support the immediate release of all hostages without preconditions? Yes or No?

It seems to me that you intended to give me a path forward and I want to let you know that I appreciate that. For now I think it is better that I stand my ground. What you’ve said makes sense and I detect no animosity. For now I neither specifically agree nor disagree with any of it.

It is specifically among the things which I have refused to discuss, while others insist that I must discuss it.

I said Palestine is a concentration (or internment) camp. The accuracy of that statement has nothing to do with who is to blame for it. The accuracy of that statement has nothing to do with the intentions of Israel or Egypt. Whether a place is an internment camp or not has nothing to do with the intentions of those who built it.

You are either ignorant, and know less about Islam and the history of the region in question than you think, or pretending to be. You’re one of those Muslims that thinks saying inshallah, assalamualaikum, allah akbar, every chance you get makes you an expert on religion and history. You probably never read the Quran and can’t read nor write in Arabic.

The other choice is, you know the reality and probably agree with it, yet, are not dumb enough to say it. So you couch your evasiveness in some sort of naivete. At its heart, it’s simply cowardice.

Here’s a question, are Hamas members, the ones murdering babies, good Muslims or bad, possibly even evil, people? I mean, they do tend to say allah akbar while decapitating people. Does that mean they are doing the work of Allah, or Shaitan?

He will probably answer the question with a question.

Then why bother posting on this thread?

This is fair if by “concentration camp” you simply meant a place where a group of people are stuck with a high population density (ie. a group of people is concentrated in a place). But the term concentration camp is pretty inescapably connected with Nazis, the holocaust, and the systematic killing of the people “concentrated” in the concentration camp. I would recommend you find another word if you just meant some people are stuck living in close quarters (or at least define your terms). Because as it stands, the average English speaker would see your use of terms as highly accusatory when maybe you just meant to say that the Gazans are stuck in a small space with crappy living conditions (which is true, but also caused by the fact that they have a terrible government: Hamas).

Yes. Because the Nazis didn’t want to call them what they were, murder camps. It just doesn’t sound as pretty.

No, he chose that word for a reason. He is equating Palestine to a Nazi death camp.

Well yeah. Should we expect good governance from people who enjoy killing babies? This is why Americans are some of the dumbest people in the world when it comes to understanding reality. These idiots are talking about a cease fire and peace talks, even before Israel responded, not considering the people you want negotiating peace are cavemen who take pleasure in murder, torture and rape. And they are OK with doing those things to their own people.

It has been reported that most all the hostages were civilians taken from Israel.

To all supporters of the action that Hamas took: Where is the honor in taking civilians out of their own country and holding them hostage?

None of your business

By the way, saying that I have refused to discuss something in the past does not mean that I would forever continue to do so in the future.

Sometimes things need to be put in the right order. I would prefer to agree on what’s to be argued about before starting to argue. I think recognizing injustices would necessarily precede assigning blame.

I’ve not yet noticed a sufficient acknowledgement of injustices for myself to be willing to go their. I prefer for now to stand my ground. Yet as I type this I realize something. It seems people in this thread have accidentally acknowledged injustices by allowing for their to be some sort of blame.

How can it be ok to blame Egypt if there are no humans in Gaza to have ever been wronged?

So maybe I do take a step forward and gain some ground. Be careful, it is possible if you give me an inch I might take a mile, I am a strange man - you do not know me

If there are any supporters of Hamas posting here, I’m sure they could find a response. It will probably start with, “what about.”

I believe I am prepared to address “what about.” (Especially if you might be referencing World War II.)

Again, if it’s none of my business, why post on a public forum making it my business?

Like the rest of your post, this is all nonsense. It’s just a jumble of words that mean nothing and go nowhere. As far as being careful, what does that mean? What are the consequences that you are hinting at? Again, you are too much of a coward to just say what you mean. You are strange? No, this is the internet and I’ve seen strange before; you are just uneducated and ignorant.

This is how I know you are a nobody. The person who really knows this, doesn’t say it as they know it goes both ways. So again, if this is a threat, come out and say it. Don’t use your computer screen like Hamas uses human shields.

You would think but it’s like arguing with the woke because they will follow with, “but that’s different.” And then they have the ultimate trump card with, “my truth.”

And they would be correct. One is honorable and the other lacks honor.

Not exactly. What I said is that to glass parking lot Palestine would be. Do you strongly disagree?

Honor is a construct based on whiteness. I really wish I didn’t know how to speak woke.
