Chalk one up for Discipline! We went out to a steakhouse for my moms birthday, which also meant i would have to postpone my workout till Friday. So i planned accordingly and took the following precautionary measures:

-I reduced my cheese intake to only 2 oz instead of normal 4 oz.

-Increased my am cardio to burn up extra calories

-Ate chicken breast tenderloins to save on calories from fat

I managed to stay nicely to my intake/expenditure

not too concerned about a weight number so much… Ideally i just want to decrease my bodyfat to single digits before i Bulk.

My ideal weight according to BMI is 155 based on my height.

I’ve tossed around the idea of competing in some sort of combat sport, so a low weight would also be ideal. but I’ll cross that bridge when i get there.

Shoulder was nagging today so no pressing movements. My GF is a massage therapist and she did some work on it last night… says its just inflamed, shouldn’t be a big deal. Recommended more stretching and more massages

kinda stagnated on the pull downs… maybe just an off day. If i have trouble again next week I’ll re-access

Wow! So you lost 120 pounds in just over 12 months!?!

Eating the same way you are now? Are you aiming for a 1000 cal deficit each day, and relying on Fitday for estimates of your BMR and calories burned through activity?

Great job! Keep it up.

I know it’s been said about 20 times already, but - Great work, fantastic progress so far!

Yeah i been eating the same pretty much this whole time. Its become 2nd nature now. I have the occasional splurge, but i try to keep those very limited. When i know something is coming up i plan some extra caloric expenditure

I rely on fitday for my calorie estimates in conjunction with my polar heart rate monitor to help figure out roughly how many calories i burn during training.
