I would like it to be 3, but it’s usually 2.

7 out of 10 training sessions of olympic lifting a week

would be 0 if i have to train chest and biceps to work my whole body

twice every 7 days

2 times currently, but the overall volume is actually higher than when I was training them 3 times a week.

I do more sets and reps each time I train them now, so isn’t that really more frequently than if I trained them less, but more days per week?
