A 40 on one side, a couple of 16 oz’rs on the other, a couple 12’s tucked away.
Call it a party pack!

At the pro level they just don’t give 2 fucks about abs any more.
I know some sites give their posters rankings and titles and I think I just figured out ours (I’m a bit slow). At T-Nation, if you don’t have a real picture as your avatar then you should be treated with caution when giving advice.
A simple photo in regular clothing from the neck down is sufficient. Just show your “product”. If you spend years hiding behind a colorful letter then I will treat your words with skepticism.
This isn’t a knock at anyone in particular. I’ve received good advice from some of these anonymous letters. But these same people have logs and have shared lifting videos which counts as “proof of life” for me.
You don’t have to be a beast. I just want you to show that you’re a real person. I don’t mind putting forth the effort to find the proof. Just know I’ll likely gloss over your words if you haven’t provided it. And I think others should, too.
I feel attacked.
Good call- especially with the crap people like me put out ![]()
I think I’ve created the perfect New Year’s cocktail! Basically black forest cake in booze form.
1 shot coffee liqueur, 1 shot Kirsch, 1/2 tbsp cherry syrup (2 parts cherry preserve melted in 1 part water), 2 tbsp whipping cream
Instant diabetes… but it might taste good
That genuinely looks fantastic.
I like to believe people are smart enough to vet the information and advice they’re being given based on information they have about the poster. That being said, that info has to be available somewhere that’s fairly straightforward to find.
I just don’t give a lot of advice because I’m not strong or big or lean. On the occasions I do, I’m sure to point out my status. It makes life a lot easier.
Aren’t you too young to drink, missy?
Not across most of the world, no.
This is true.
Flame free/New Years resolution: got some food for work for the next few days, intentionally bought no carbs, Could I be going low carb again? Only the future will tell.
I’ve yet to meet a person who waited til 21 to drink, haha
I waited until I was 19 (drinking age in Canada). But I’m a goody two-shoes.
Talk about a carb coma! This looks like one of those things that would taste good the first time, not so much the second. I’ll bet it wouldn’t take many of these to make you worship the porcelain throne.
Started at 150lb. Dropped 25lbs. to 125lb. Added 20lb. muscle to a lean 145lbs. Regardless great transformation.
I take it back I missed read what Chris said… for some reason I was thinking 170Lbs. Talk about feeling like a complete moron on my end. Thanks for pointing out my mistake in all seriousness your 100% correct on what you posted.
People who say stupid shit like, “Science has proven cats have the IQ of a 2 year old child. You wouldn’t let your 2 year old roam on the streets. Why would you let your cat?” need to be institutionalized.
