Don’t be a dick, he’s a super strong guy who could bench OVER 200 LBS at 5’10 and 235, and his legs are HUGE and MUSCULAR despite him never working them, and he wants to fight, which he will do once he can lie down on a bench, which he can’t do right now.

I told my husband I was doing the T-ransformation thing because I don’t think posting a pic on a heavily-male-dominated site is cool without some heads-up and explanation.

I confess that every time I talk about T-Nation, he gets the same exact look on his face. I don’t know whether it’s my weird, mumbled explanations, or whether it’s just so unlikely, but it kills me every time. I mostly don’t make eye contact during these talks but when I do glance over…

I come to win.

I confess that I may be angering vegetarian food bloggers. One of the best ways to make delicious meals is to look up vegetarian meals and add chicken to them. Lots of vegetarian meals really are good, and since they don’t have delicious meat in them, they’re forced to use great ingredients and spices to create really unique and delicious tastes. So, if you take, for example, an African-inspired peanut stew with chickpeas, curry, sweet potatoes, garlic, red peppers, melted peanut butter, curry sauce and a bunch of other delicious stuff, BUT THEN you season chicken thighs with garam masala and sear them quickly, leaving them raw on the inside but lightly browned on the outside, and add that to the slow cooker with everything else, you make it taste that much better. I did this with a coconut lentil curry the other day too. I never follow recipes and usually make a bunch of changes with cooking times or preparation, so I’ll occasionally note my changes to the comments to the bottom and the responses are not always super receptive, since “but this is a vegetarian recipe/website, blah blah blah…” Down with the veggiarchy!

It’s not really meat if it ate vegetables to become so juicy and delicious.

If you are what you eat, then so are cows and chickens.

After reading this, I’m trying not to think about what plants are fed in order to grow…
