Just hit 330 x 13 on the Deadlift, a new pr after a month of training touch and go
This is another step towards a 400 lb Deadlift. I am proud of my efforts.
It bugs me that I could have gotten a couple more, but towards the end the bar slipped out of my right hand and was completely supported by the strap. Still, I call this a win.

A girl that works at my gym just asked if we could workout sometime and then asked for my number.
Confession: She started the conversation by asking if I charge to workout with someone (I do a little personal training on the side here). I’m ignoring that fact so I can pretend I’m pretty and that someone was flirting with me.
