But DEFINTELY dont undercook either.

No pressure.

I heard from some hotel chef that the key to fluffy waffles is to use carbonated water instead of normal water. I just need a waffle iron, and a sodastreamer before I can validate the claim.

Really? A bit of under cooking is what makes them so good

Use beer

This discussion is making me remember the medium-rare chicken thingamajig that was making Twitter headlines a year back.

Medium rare is nothing- I’ll eat raw chicken

Lean meats are better under cooked imo- fatty cuts need to be rendered

No I was being facetious. lost in internet translation (LiiT in future)

Agree whole heartedly. If the fat is in a specific location rather than marbled, always try to target cook the fat to leave the meat as rare as possible.

How do you chew raw chicken? My sharpest knives have problems going through raw unless the chicken is flash frozen (and i keep my knives extra sharp).

That’s ew though

(and I’m right about to eat a whole lot of raw fish)

That’s how I eat it- when I cut up chicken for stir fry, it’s not completely thawed so I sneak some from the cutting board

I fully confess  my tastes can be quite disgusting

I’m probably always on the brink of contracting some food borne illness or parasite every time I cook

I will eat most things (including bugs - crickets are good), but can’t do raw chicken. The texture and taste are just off - not to mention the high risk of illness.

Yeah I mean, I love raw beef and I absolutely love raw fish. But even just the thought of eating raw chicken makes me cringe…

If you’re eating raw chicken, almost certainly.

I’m pretty sure the problem is with every time you don’t cook.

I don’t intentionally eat raw chicken as a meal  I take a couple of pieces off the cutting board

But you are, nevertheless, intentionally eating raw chicken

I can’t help but think Salmonella
