That was my plan until I realized I was egg intolerant :laughing:

Liver is delicious and cheap… but I have high cholestrol…

I LOVE beans and they’re super cheap… but you’ll need a HAZMAT suit to enter my room after I eat an appreciable amount

Yeah I don’t think consuming innards on a regular basis is healthy in the long run

What about chickpeas? Or, befriend a hunter.

Same as beans- I have been loving my hummus though, but anything more than 1/4 cup (of chickpeas) is a problem

Yes, I have IBS

Have you tried glutamine?

Taking it right now- it’s really helped

May want to do some research on berberine. It may also help your carb coma situation.

I’ve heard of it- although I can’t afford any more supplements :laughing:

Magnesium has been The biggest game changer for me. I get an instant rush of comfort after taking it

What supplements are you taking?

Chitosan for my kidneys
Glutamate
5-htp
Probiotic
Casein
Magnesium
Vitamin d

I’m probably going to cut the probiotic and 5- htp once I run out though

When you drop the 5 htp think about adding L carnatine.

Does carnatine help with mood?

No, it helps your body build/retain muscle.

At my buddies gym right now. He walking some new members through the gym app and stuff so I’m just killing time waiting on him.
I just spent 2 minutes, TWO, on the stair master and I’m out of breath :joy:. That’s enough cardio for the day! I’ll finish waiting for him in the comfy chairs in the lobby area

Not your problem- 10min on the stair master literally felt harder than the 1000 burpee challenge
