The Flame-Free Confession Thread II

I used an SSB for the first time in my adult life today. 10 out of 10 would recommend. Will use it again. :+1:

I’v spent the past half hour scrolling through the forum while in a fierce debate with myself over whether to knock on a guy-who-I-kind-of-like’s door.

There’s a 50%chance he’s still at dinner, which means I’ll be annoying his roommate for the third time this week.

His texting doesn’t work, so there’s no way to find out

Yeah do it!

I did, turns out both him and his roommate are out. I guess I’ll try again at 8…

Oh to be so young

I’ve started at least 3 threads about my guy issues. Still haven’t learned apparently…

It’s been far to long since I was at that end of a relationship for me to give anything but basic, and probably cliche, advice ha sorry

LOL! I’m not looking for any; just confessing my social incompetence

Just spoke to one of the boys in blue to file a police report @Frank_C

Went to the liquor store to grab a drink for my wife and I tonight, and there’s a guy at the counter and the cashier looks SCARED. I get up there and I hear him say “ima kill her.” So the cashier just goes “don’t do THAT now” and laughs nervously. The guy looks around the store, and very audibly says, “I’m not joking. I’m gonna kill her, and I’m gonna smile all the way when I’m doing it.”, and walks out. I was much larger than him, but he had on some baggy pants and a big jacket, and may have been packing, so I just let him walk out, told the cashier to wait and followed him to his car to grab his license plate #, then called 911 once I got home. They sent a cop to my house, now it’s documented. Hopefully they don’t have to use this info, but god forbid something happens to her they have his license plate # and a report to at least convict him if he’s denying anything. Seriously though, if he had sounded angry it would have been less alarming. He literally said it so calmly and coldly, like it was an inevitability. Weird.

Who was “her”? The cashier?

Hopefully they did a welfare check on “her”.

No, her is whoever he was going to kill, and when I snuck up on his car I saw a woman driving, he had climbed in the passenger seat.

@Frank_C the officer said they were doing just that since the license plate came back as a woman so it was probably her. It felt weird calling the cops for something suspicious someone said but the guy who came to my house seemed genuinely appreciative that I had called.

We’re usually playing catch up and people who see and hear things don’t speak up. It’s also rare to have people give us good Intel (like a tag). It’s always nice to have both.

Haha I gave his tag, approximate age and height, clothing, facial features, the car make, model, and color. I was fortunate enough to have some good training in the Marines when we were reinforcing embassies and upon seeing some sketchy shit like that, after identifying what’s in and what’s going on with a persons hands, I start to make note of every detail I can gather, while everyone else in the store was just giggling nervously after he left and laughing about it.

I just hope he doesn’t think the cashier was the one that called the cops and he goes back and kills her!

Finally I’ve been gaining leg size and can’t fit in several of my pants but I’m happy! Destroyed my billion years squat plateau by just stopping overthinking and eating more (even though waaaay too much garbage). Next step, going hard again but with a proper diet.

Also, really, the nerves of some people here…

“Guys I have a natty client with me and in 6 weeks he’s gained 4 pounds of muscle while being leaner and stronger and feeling better than ever thanks to my unique incredible method which is low volume! Of course I can’t reveal the details, I guess you’ll have to enroll me as a coach!
By the way I’ve teached Thibs everything don’t ever attribute something I did to him”

I instantly knew which thread you were talking about even if I have never opened that thread up to now. And yep, it was that thread. And yep, I still regret opening it.

I find it odd the amount of “thank you, you’re amazing” threads get started in that particular part of the forum compared to the other 2 coach subforum. The difference is striking.

Maybe because he’s more active in the forums compared to the other two?

That is certainly a possibility. Definitely more than Wendler, for sure.

Just to clarify: I’m not suggesting these are faked thread posts, that would be silly.
