I maintain that McDonald’s in India is by far the best maccas I’ve ever had
Because apparently “doctors were taught a certain way in medical school that’s preventing them from truly helping others.” Forcing the obvious alternative of consulting some random internet dudes. Lol
Yesterday I watched 2 and a half hours of the bachelor with my girlfriend and her mum. Honestly, I loved it.
I prefer dating with the parents
I love the TRT forum.
“Hey, I’m 17, 350 pounds at 5’8, only eat microwaved hot dogs and eggo waffles, don’t exercise, drink a fifth a day, and smoke crack regularly. My doctor says I don’t need a hormone panel.”
First post:
“Your doctor is uneducated. I heard they don’t teach this stuff at the school I never went to. You need to get your E2, E8, and E10000 checked, along with SHBG AND GBYT and LHFEI and R2D2 checked and inject 2mg of test 16 times a day.”
You forgot the iron! You’re probably anemic.
I just need someone to validate me sticking something I call a “thermometer” up my but ![]()
Now I have to look.
I can’t not look at these things once they’re mentioned.
Those are NOT direct quotes. They are absolutely exaggerations. I just see a lot of people who give descriptions of their symptoms and nobody even asks them how they exercise and what they eat before telling them their doctor doesn’t know shit and to get on out-of-pocket TRT. It’s crazy.
IODINE! You need to eat fuckloads of iodized salt!!! Never mind that iodine is in groundwater and 99.9% of us get enough of it through a well balanced diet!
I know. I just avoid the whole section till I see a couple of these then I have to search them out.
It’s just some good ole’ masochistic fun.
Edit: Found it but couldn’t make it all the way through. Daily affirmations must be working.
More gold from the CT forum
The man himself:
‘this would indeed seems like a Type 3 with either (or both) high acetylcholine or the ACTN3 RR gene (higher ratio of fast twitch fibers). Although there is also a chance that it is a 1B who was brought up in a very structured family and who learned to live his live in a structured/organized way, which would lead to a high type 3 score.’
He needs to start selling people bridges, it’s what he was born to do.
You’re on your own there buddy ![]()
You forgot DHEA and SHBG. If you’re on, then you need to check your E2 and prolactin and adjust your HCG.
In the meantime, tons of dudes are just jacking up 150mg a week and are happy as fuck, no problems.
Go figger.
Haha! I actually thought that was a direct quote just with some random numbers substituted in for comedic value. Sure sounded like it! I just peek at that section to amuse myself sometimes lol
@SkyzykS there’s lots of them but what I quoted (slightly different phrasing) stuck with me lol.
Some of his programming interests me and I know it’s got people here results, but he’s such a bullshit artist in other ways it puts me off.
Like, I probably wouldn’t run 5/3/1 if Wendler was selling essential oils to help your squat technique.
Don’t join the Jon Andersen mailing list then…
But you really should, because it is delightfully insane.
Its almost as if people are all pretty different and have personality traits that fall on a continuous spectrum making it hard to categorise them into 4 or 5 discrete groupings…
It seems like he’s putting in a lot of effort into saying ‘train the way you most enjoy and will stick to’ using as many words (and books and seminars) as possible.
False, there are 2 types of people. People who are like me and people who are wrong.
Yeah - this is the core behind the whole neuro typing thing which is very commendable. The cynic in me says this is the best way to sell programmes to newbie lifters.
Imagine it; you’re brand new to lifting, you want the perfect programme and 99.9% of members on Tnation are telling you the perfect programme does not exist and to just start picking up heavy stuff regularly.
CT tells you there is a perfect programme, and that its bespoke to your personality. All you have to do is pay to find out what it is!
If this sounds like I’m raging on CT I’m not. The amount for info he posts online for FREE is insane. If he wants to make some $$$$ go for it. And to be honest helping someone to find a programme they might be slightly more inclined to keep to is not a crime.
