For sure. I click on a link thinking “6 months of calisthenics”, what could go wrong? Probably some dude doesn’t know how to progress his pull ups, no harm here. BAM, “rapists are good people too”.

I’m reviewing my “progress photos” since starting BTM and am having a seriously hard time resisting the urge to give up trying to build muscle. Basically, I’ve only put on .6kg, but my abs have pretty much disappeared…
…Also, my work capacity seems to have decreased. I’ve noticed my non lifting day conditioning sessions are progressively getting more lax…
Good news, I’ve gotten stronger and fitter (my resting HR dropped 10 beats), so I’m clinging onto that as much as possible. Hopefully deadlifts help ![]()
