I won’t say it again. Eat the bagel.
If it’s 10 lbs of muscle, why not? Lol
For some reason I’m not surprised by that level of stupid.
It won’t be muscle. If I was lucky then maybe I could gain 2 lbs muscle which could be a net gain of about 6 lbs due to the water and glycogen stored in that muscle. The last 4 would be fat.
The reality is that it’ll probably be 8 lbs fat, 0.5 lbs muscle, 1.5 lbs water/glycogen.
I’m highly considering one for breakfast.
I hear that’s how everyone considers in Colorado.
I wish I had your witticisms when I was strong too, but u can only focus on one goal at a time. Currently I’m between goals.
I just had my 2nd meal in 18 days that wasn’t eating out. I forgot what home cooked food tasted like.
@MarkKO oh hello there, neurotype now extending to food intake!
Fuck me. That’s just messed up. Not only is he a shill for excuses why people can’t get their training right, now he’s adding excuses for fucking up their diet.
@markko what is your take on dna testing and using that to determine best diet or training requirements ?
What’s the neurotype for being a greedy fat cunt because I’m that one.
I think it’s got potential because it doesn’t rely on some questionnaire. It’s just another bullshit gimmick though, something to give pathetic people an excuse why they aren’t succeeding.
I knew you would say that, it’s in your DNA !! ![]()
I don’t get the notion of once a coach/ writer reaches a certain level of popularity they are magically above criticism. The way I see it once someone starts earning money off this stuff. The person in question should be held more accountable and not less on things.
I agree. Doesn’t mean don’t change your approach if you find something better, but don’t peddle bullshit. This neurotype crap seems like it’s going towards Dr Oz territory.
Apparently I am primarily Tyrannosaurus.
I was thinking more Gigantopithecus!!
Do machines have DNA?
You do NOT want to see that Terminator movie with Emilia Clarke.
