So, just got (only half-jokingly) asked where to get gear at, and I (half-jokingly) replied that I don’t know where to get any, and that I don’t know what I’m doing even if I do know some other stuff from reading a shit load. His response, “Well I’m sure you’ve got some buddies that do.” Hoo-boy, the dude maybe has a 1,000lb total, I state this simply because he’s got a long ways to go before he needs to pull that ace out of the hole, I guarantee he wants it simply for aesthetic purposes, recent break up, not a ton of viable options for youthful women around here, etc. etc.
Confession being I don’t know what the fuck to say to him, because I can almost guarantee he isn’t ready/doesn’t need gear at this point.
Second confession being that I’m jealous, and if I was single and 26-27 again, I’d be on gear
