The Flame-Free Confession Thread II

I will back this up. The sled is awful on bumpy grass IMO. Less maneuverable, harder to turn, etc.

Uh yeah, that’s definitely not in the budget. But, I am thinking I could use some recycled materials build it for almost nothing.

Lol! Let’s not and say we did. I don’t want to give my car any ideas about me wanting to push it.

I saw some thing on Brian Alsruhe you tube only yesterday about prowlers. He said the one with 3 feet slides easier !! Maybe check out the video.

I watched it, but he used all three in the video, and none of it was on grass.

Yes but says if he has only one it would be the one with three feet

That seems to be the popular opinion here as well. I am cyphering on it🤓

Honestly, I would disregard anything I said about strength and conditioning if Brian Alsruhe emphatically disagreed with it.

I gave up on a workout for the first time today. I was feeling pretty shit, went to they gym, fucked around a bit, did like 20 tire flips and realized it just wasn’t going to happen

Just asking, should I cut calories on rest days? (if so, whoops) I felt like I wanted all the food even though I didn’t work out nor was my stomach grumbling, but I couldn’t decide whether I actually need the food or because of my bad sleep last night

I’m also craving raw meat/fish for some reason. I literally went to the market and downed some immature egg yolks the butcher had lying around. I would have bought some liver, but controlled myself

Depends on your goals ??

maintaining for now/ slowly gaining mass

Which one?

For now, maintain. but I’m starting BTM in two weeks, so I want to use that program to put on a bit of mass. hopefully around 1lb of muscle(about 1%bodyweight)- 2-3lbs total considering water, fat etc.

I have about a 4 kilo buffer before I hit the 43kg weight class limit

Better find those eating pants if you’re running BTM!

Is it really that dramatic?
I could get down with eating more food

It’s not the easiest programme going. You need to make sure you’re adequately fuelled to get the most out of it.

I think there are others better placed to answer that. Sorry, not trying to be awkward and would love to help.
