Brown sauce is probably best described as a tangy but sweet barbecue sauce. Excellent on bacon and eggs.

Had an ego boost: Had a big storm come through our area with a bunch of damage to homes and auto, so we have some storm chasers in town, have one guy that owns a company out of a city a few hours away, big dude, has competed a few times, has put together a solid physique, has trained with some big names (Hide Yamagishi is one he has trained with on several occasions) well he’s in our humble gym for the next month or two as he runs his roofing crews here locally. Ran into him today, talked to him for a bit, and he asked if I’d be interested in training a little bit here and there for a push, I’ll confess that my head swelled a bit (although the choices here for a training partner are severely limited, I’ll admit haha) from this. Just a little fuel for my ego, maybe I’m not the smallest, least muscled guy around

I confess that, now that I’ve moved, I’m looking up boxing clubs and found what looks like an amazing MMA school 15 minutes from my home. Once I figure out my work schedule, I may look into signing up for some drop in classes for my conditioning.
Which is basically a game of wondering how much I can make my wife worry about me.

I just had my first quest bar and I confess that never would I have imagined that something that macro wise is only protein and fiber could taste THAT good. I’m ordering 2-3 other flavors right now lol, I’m hooked on those things

Someone gets in my list if they act like a arrogant prick and have nothing too back it up along with rubbing me the wrong way, Im not talking minor annoyance… oh no. I talking to the point where what little maturity I have goes out the window and I have to refrain myself or risk typing something which would get me a ban for awhile.
