Probably, lol. I’m not as bad as some bean counters, but my jimmies can get rustled with a quickness over personal finances.
Good thing that my only wasted expense is $25 a month for an extra gym membership. 2 gym memberships with 24hr access for a total of $50 a month isn’t bad… But I am considering a third…

Confession:
I thought I would never get away from doing full body routines. But I honestly enjoy UPPER LOWER much more. Workouts are way more focused VS just getting through the workout.
I’ve been enjoying upper/lower/rest/full body/rest/full body/rest recently for the best of both worlds.
I’ve owned a Fitbit for over a year and I just now figured out how to properly sync it to My Fitness Pal. It turns out the Fitbit doesn’t communicate exercise to My Fitness Pal. It does, however, send a Fitbit calorie adjustment to the app and it syncs all day and updates my caloric balance. It’s glorious now that it’s working!
I just started full body for the first time ever after upper/lower for nearly a year, let’s see how our opinions compare in a few months
I just accidentally figured out a neat feature on here. If you click on someone’s photo by their name, you can filter a thread by just their posts. It’ll make finding shit so much easier.

Assuming you mean in the gym, the blue rehband pants are amazing for this. Like, you’re still going to sweat a ton (even moreso), but they’re neoprene, so it doesn’t tend to soak through. Wear them under gym shorts. Great for keeping the hips warm.
