Consider dropping the TM. You can still smash rep PRs in the mainwork, but the supplemental work won’t beat you up as much.

Yeah, I recently realized that maybe it wasn’t the best plan. I just wanted to keep things simple to get the hang of the program. Like I said a couple of days ago, my plan is to start a very aggressive mass gain phase after this cut, which will probably consist of a couple of cycles of BBB followed by a run of BTM. And a lot of food.

I confess that I didn’t properly read the 10,000 swing workout article the first time and upon starting it last week, I ran it 5 days in a row - you’re not supposed to do it for more than 2 days in a row. My hands are sore in ways I can’t describe. I woke up today and spent 20 minutes dunking my hands in and out of ice water.

It’s all good, if she doesn’t get enough foreplay for the next couple weeks, I’ll just direct her to the nearest climbing gym. Plenty of grip strength there.

What does it actually take to get rhabdomyolysis from weight-lifting/exercise?
Is it based on going way beyond your current level of ability? Cause I think a really trained individual will have a much higher tolerance compared to an untrained individual.
