I got in trouble at work because I told a member that vitamins are basically pointless if you eat a well balanced diet. It’s cheaper than spending 29$ on a bunch of vitamin C tablets.
I was alright with that mandatory counseling. It’s still pointless.
I just finished a round of 531 and was looking for other programmes. I read this and kind of defaulted to 5-10-5. Finding it so easy to track and to work with. It’s like I’ve realised you don’t need a programme, you just need to pick up progressively heavier object more times.
I roll my eyes when I see beginners complain that they have only gained 50 lbs on their squats/deads and only 30 lbs on their bench in a few weeks time.
In China, there’s a hot kitchen tool going around that’s basically an instant pot + steamer+ blender+ rice cooker/congee maker rolled into one. It also has a setting for yogurt and medicines.
My aunt has one and the last time we went over for lunch, she was “cooking” 3 dishes at once using that thing
A grill function on that would be really nice, but the demand over here is pretty low
I find it amusing when someone makes a claim about themselves on here and when they get called out. Such as providing something as simple as a pic . Then the excuses start for why they can’t or won’t.
More often then not when they do eventually post a pic I am mad at myself for wasting my precious time reading their posts/advice when they obviously have nothing even remotely figured it out for themselves yet they post advice like they are Arnold. Gotta love the world wide webs
