Why? Because you have guys saying they are just on TRT and are using half gram of test a week. Don’t mind the fact that’s 2.5 times a week that most docs would prescribe. Didn’t some guy claim to be using Tren as part of his TRT.

I confess that all the foam rolling, mobility work, and warm-ups I haven’t been doing may be catching up to me.
Do you guys have any solutions for getting the stiffness out of a tight lower back? I don’t want it to negatively impact my squat session tomorrow, any help is appreciated.
Are you guys just using the pullout method or something?

Quite often, lower back tightness originates in the hamstrings. Stretch your hamstrings thoroughly, including standing stretching, which will also loosen up your lower back. Also, do prayer squat holds.
