Monroe stuff is cool. I’ve played with it some, but never did real well with it. Lately I’ve been listening to some ASMR which I think has some similarities to the Holosync.

I will confess that I am very relieved to have strung together my first good week in months. I’ve been consistently hungry, I’ve set PRs, and I’m satisfied with myself. It’s good to feel like a human being.

Not really. I think a lot of people think amphetamine salts are a lot different from what they actually are. That and the experience one gets who uses recreationally or without needing its desired effects vs someone with ADHD or dopamine issues is vastly different.
I take around 30 mg daily, it actually makes me calm, slows my speech pattern down and allows me to be “normal”. Without it I act like a kid who just mainlined pixy sticks without crashing. Taking it before a workout like I did today brings an entirely different meaning to mind muscle connection.
I’ve worked out on DMAA back in the day, EC stack, and other stim related pre workout type stuff. That to me is more like meth to coffee analogy. I hate it. Considering amphetamine salts have kind of the opposite effect on me than thinks like caffeine and shit.

Not sure I understand. I don’t buy pre workouts. Today I just decided to workout after taking my meds instead of before. It basically took to governor off my brain like a car at a racetrack.
