True story - the guy working in the local garage dressed as a woman for a charity event and he’s been wearing knickers ever since. He not afraid to tell people either, the whole area knows. He said the silk ones feel most comfortable… he has a wife and kids, one the daughters I know says he’s an embarrassment haha, but it’s all in good humour

On another note, I have just discovered that my soon to be ex-girlfriend is an extremely toxic individual. I don’t know how I missed all the signs…oh well. I am planning to break up with her as soon as I am able to FaceTime her (she is in a very remote location right now, being awesome with horses and stuff, but that doesn’t change her personality).

I still listen to the whole album whenever I start a new program.

Awesome. Check out lyric genius explanation of the album if you get a chance. Can be a little hard to get what Trent means sometimes. And don’t listen to it on shuffle your first time: it is a concept album. I made that mistake the first time, haha.

Pretty Hate Machine is a better album than The Downward Spiral.

I think it had better individual songs, but that Spiral is a better album in total. The journey from beginning to end is intense.

Broken was a solid middle ground. Very underappreciated.

I just have a real soft spot for Pretty Hate Machine. I discovered that at the age when I was starting to develop my own taste in music and it totally blew my mind.

Sort of lost interest in NIN a bit after The Fragile. A lot of his newer stuff is quite formulaic in my opinion but those early albums were unbelievable.

Yeah, it’s hit or miss. With Teeth, for all of its buildup, was just alright. Year Zero was solid, The Slip had some good tracks, really just depends.

Like, what if you did a routine and diet comprised of all the stupid shit that’s been posted on the forum over the years?

So you’d only train compound lifts because they’re all you need, right? No need to do any direct work because your muscles get enough work from the compounds. You’d do your eccentrics retardedly slow because of that sweet, sweet increase in growth hormone, and of course you have to train each bodypart more than once a week. Don’t even think about doing a bodypart split! Full body all the way.

No warming up and no stretching, because animals don’t do that. Jump straight in with your max every time.

Rep ranges MUST be kept from 6-12. If you accidentally go over then all that hypertrophy effort will jump straight into your sarcoplasm, turning you into a human waterbed. If you don’t hit at least 6 reps then it’s 100% neural and you won’t grow even a little.

Never go to failure! Your fragile CNS simply can’t handle it and you’ll overtrain to the point of impotence.

As for your diet, well, there’s no such thing as an essential carb, so naturally it’s keto all the way. Don’t worry though, you get to carb up every now and then but to avoid the deleterious effects of insulin spikes you will carb up with 600g of protein. Much more effective.

Maybe, just maybe, all this stupid shit that has me face palming is really the key to getting big and jacked and I’m the idiot for just copying what all the big and strong people do…
