I read that after filming a scene in which a bad character gets lit on fire and dies, Stallone felt the scene was too pussy.
He then had the scene re-shot so that as the character is burning, one of the good characters runs up and punches him in the face.
He did this because “it’s the first time in film someone has been punched in the face while burning to death.”
I have such high hopes.

I have no way to post this except to add the link. BUT TRUST ME Sly put his azz on the line making this movie. NO CGI fight scenes this mofo is 64 and a Richer than a group of Arabs and he still get raw like this.
A MUST WATCH FOR PEOPLE WHO ENJOY BEHIND THE MAKING OF A MOVIE.
Side Note: The last year has been full of Reading Manuals and Instuctions and re-writing Memo’s. And a Year of traveling. I am so ready to sit and watch someone get F*CKED UP. NO CGI NO EMO BAM BOOM. BUT SOMEONE GET FUCKED UP. And after watching the above it seems Sly already took care of that.

OK, they had a LA Premiere of The EXPENDABLES last night. Not going to post a whole crap load of reviews since this type of movie should ride on its own weight. But all the reviews I read were positive,Highly so. This is one quote that I just had to add to re-light that fire:
