I’m going to be using this platform for 2 reasons. First, i think it’ll help me stay on track since I’ll be updating the training log for everyone to see. Second, if there are any other late 40s “eternal beginners” out there they might draw some inspiration from it. For background information, I’m following the programs in the book by Alwyn Cosgrove and Lou Schuler titled “The New Rules of Lifitng.” In it, they offer year long programs for lifters fitting 4 different profiles. I fit the guy who jumps from program to program, hence “the eternal beginner” moniker.
