“Clothes have gender” is a horrific take.
They’re pieces of cloth. Applying an abstract concept like gender to them is pointless.
I’m not sure who you are thinking “they” is. “They” in this context are the same people who think gender is more than male / female. Living by “they” rules than anyone can be anything regardless of clothing because clothing “has no gender”. Meaning I can be a women who looks like a man and have the testosterone of a man. If you disagree you are clearly a bigot.
From here the entire concept of men and women no longer actually exist because there is no definition of what a “man” is or a “women” because it’s built from “social constructs”.
In other words the entire thing is made up and you cannot play by rules when those rules have no meaning. Everything should be neutral when you live in clown world and there is no “men” sports or “women” sports there are just sports. And if we decide to draw that line then I can be a women or a man depending on the day. Or simply decide in “non binary” or “gender fluid”. It’s all made up shit in the end.

Gender theory / queer theory are just that they are theories. That means it’s not established science and it’s up for debate. Just because your liberal professor says so doesn’t make it so. You clearly have no idea what I was saying and having trouble processing complex thoughts on the issue.
Basing competing off the rules that gender theory establishes there literally are no rules and people competing against each other should and will be clearly based off of how they “feel”.
Currently clown world is attempting to put rules on a theory that literally holds no weight. Throwing around things like testosterone levels and the like is like putting duct tape on something that’s broke. When the rules don’t make sense in the first place you can’t put restrictions on it.
It’s going to take 1 person to make a lawsuit like the OP and 1 liberal judge to say it would be “harmful” to not allow someone to compete in whatever sports they want
Essentially again there will be no women and men’s sports or will be just sports. I as a male can identify as a women but have testosterone levels as a man and have every characteristic of a man and play in women sports because I feel like a women that day.
Don’t believe me? Right now the guy who shot up the gay club in Colorado looks like a dude and identifies as a women. Words have meanings and law has precedence. Who is the arbiter of truth whether this person is a woman or man? In clown world it’s the person. So therefore the guy will spend his life in a women’s prison but clearly a dude.
Think that’s the only case? No the same thing happen just now in California. Guy has a beard and looks like a dude but claiming to be a women. He will be going to a women’s prison.
If I was heading to prison I’d do the same thing.

And they don’t base that belief on bigotry but science and how it relates to fair competition in sport. Also, unlike gay marriage where some believe gays should not be allowed to marry period, no one is saying trans athletes can’t compete in sports at all but rather, they should have their own division.
But we all know it’s not up for debate. There are 2, that’s it. There is no theory, just truth. The science is settled.

actually it’s not. “intersex”, although incredibly rare, is a real thing (people born with both sets of equipment). In those cases, the parents make a choice.
Hormone exposure in the womb can also cause changes that might not be as visible as literally having the equipment of the opposite gender, but it would be reasonable for such children to feel different about their assigned sex
Also, people are paranoid about trans women in women’s bathrooms. what about trans men. Should they use female bathrooms too? I know several trans men who look MUCH more like men than most trans women
It would honestly be weirder to see one of them in a women’s bathroom

While it may be true there are two sexes, not everyone is entirely one or the other. There are also more chromosomal combinations than xy and xx. However, in these cases there is a biological reality manifesting itself and not a belief based on a whim or social fad.
When it comes to gender it’s a whole different matter. Gender should only be used for grammar, as it has been exclusively used for thousands of years. Some languages have more than two genders.
I have yet to hear a transgender person explain in a sensical way what they mean by identifying as something other than their biological sex. When a biological girl says she feels like a boy, what does that even mean? Maybe we can assign masculine and feminine to behaviors but how do you assign them to feelings? I have experience with kids who identified as trans and they all came across as gay, not as the “sex” they believed they really were. Believe me, none of the girls who claim to be boys want to suffer from male pattern baldness, grow facial and body hair, be fathers one day, be the last to get into the lifeboats or kill spiders.

I’m attempting to use their own logic and play their rules because even when you enter that realm nothing makes sense. You are either all in or not there is no in between unless your a bigot right? It’s literally all just made up with absolutely no logic behind it.

It isn’t always that clear. You have people who are intersex and/or have ambiguous genitalia.
In light of the thread subject matter this is a component that needs considered.
Probably the most famous person who falls in this category is Caster Semenya. She is a phenomenal South African 800 meter runner, yet has a biological advantage due to her near male level of testosterone that she produces with her internal testis.
I follow track and field fairly well. She would win by a decisive distance nearly every race she ran. Things evolved to her being required to take testosterone suppressive drugs to compete in the 800 meters. (The biological women were competing for second place.) She refused to take the drugs and to this point cannot compete in the 800 meter run.
Let’s be honest: no one is paying attention to women’s sports due to the athletic abilities and skills being demonstrated. It’s possible that people just stop having to openly care about who’s the best “female” at a sport and can get back to just caring about who’s the best female who’s also attractive.
Yes. .000001. we get it. There’s 2 human sexes/genders.
