I’ve never heard that slur before, and I spent my first 20 years on this planet in the flat lands. More corn than prairie though, and no reservations nearby.
It’s a pretty good slur, as far as slurs go. Searching “best racial slurs” actually led me to this fantastic website, where we can all experience the harm that comes from reading bad words that people may use about you.

I don’t think I’ve heard it in the twin cities. I have really only heard it in rural areas near reservations. I think if you spent some time in central SD you’d hear it.
This sure cannot be viewed as a surprise.
It is totally consistent with allowing a biological man compete in women’s sports.
