following…
outer hams?? lol
How do you that?
I do leg press with feet slightly turned out/ankles close together. stuff like that??
I need a new game plan. Three days a week isn’t cutting it.
Cal- I did think that’s what it was…but just how the whole leg “caves in” looks very odd, all the way down to my ankles… Im gonna be a unilateral leg whore.
Matty- I’m honored…
So this is where you are now.
In so I can see you kill it.

WHORE!
giggles
Do this real quick…
turn your toe inside and do a leg curl
then turn it out and do a leg curl
do you feel a differnt part of your hams working or causing most of the movement?
you should
do the same for the quads
sit in your chair and do an extension with toes in and toes out
toes in should wake the outer quad up th same as toes out git the outer hamstring

I do all three on the same day, alternating sets. I will hit 2 sets of neutral for overall and then one set of the external and internal rotations…

CT: He does HAMMIES GOOOOD!
If you were me, knowing you have jacked up knees to begin with, what would you
do?
You are also trying to lose some lbs and look aesthetically pleasing.
You can train 7 days a week if you wanted.
Jacked up knees meaning, you have barely any cartlidge and extending/flexing beyond a certain ROM;say 45 degrees, is uncomfortable and causes inflammation later throughout the day and for days after.
You also need to work on the strengthening exercises to keep your patella tracking properly which involve the quads…
But most traditional stuff you could do for the quads HURT(squats, leg ext, etc)
Exercises to increase flexibility and to strengthen the muscles used for hip rotation are needed as well.
ANYONE CAN ANSWERWill be fun and interesting to see answers!!!***
