You know the Congressmen that are intentionally not going after these business en masse are FROM states, right?

What I would recommend you do is either apply your “pay more taxes or STFU about higher taxes” logic to both situations, or neither.
If I had to pick, I’d pick neither, as it doesn’t make sense in both regards.

Again, I don’t have any idea where these laws are being broken and where they are not. Those breaking said law aren’t exactly ponying up the information. I can avoid known sanctuary cities/ states, but I don’t live in one. I can avoid buying oranges from California and milk from California, but I am not a huge consumer of either. So I don’t.
EDIT: And it’s just an opinion. You can like or dislike my opinion on raising taxes.

California is, territoriality speaking, mostly agricultural. Yes, they produce lots of milk, oranges, wine, etc.
