It’s the same level of respect of and attention to detail they show in every other forum.
These are the same guys who start 3 and 4 threads about topics that are just a few lines beneath their own. They apparently don’t even have the time to glance at the rest of the list for 2 seconds. They are also arrogant enough to think that no one would think to start a thread before them on the same topic.

You just asked a redundant question, dude. Creatines ARE steroidz!
I wouldn’t even consider messing around with creatine, because after you go off it, the muscle you built will just turn to fat. Besides I’d rather stay natural.

ok no creatin is not a steroid, it puts water into ur muscle if u dont use it right, and if u stop taking it it dosen’t turn to fat becuase u r still building ur arm… to avoid gaining the water drink less during ur workout and sweat it out
