Hey this is my first post. I’ve been working out for a while now, and I’m looking to put on weight. I’m 6’4 with a pretty skinny frame, and was recently looking into creatine based products to help me put on weight.
One product that caught my eye was NO EXPLODE, but I also read it contained a ton of caffeine. I’m fully aware that caffeine stunts growth, and I’m pretty sure I have a couple inches left in me to grow, so will NO Explode have the same effect considering it contains so much caffeine.
You are 6’4" and worried about something stunting your growth!
Dear Lord
seriously though, don’t worry about the caffeine. If anything you should be eating a tonne of food to ensure you are growing nice and strong, get lots of calcium etc… and just eat like a f243king monster.
I’m a basketball player, so i need as much height as I can get. Your telling me caffeine doesnt stunt growth?!?! I’ve been hearing that my whole life. And what about the creatine in the shop here?

So you are saying you have been lied to your whole life? That sucks.

I’m sure you can benefit from normal creatine, like Biotest one. I’m not sure about the caffeine’s effect.
but there are two dangerous chemical in NO Explode:
Glycocyamine & Guanidinopropionic Acid (GPA).
these two chemica is harmful to you.
If you want more information about them, you can check David Barr’s article : “Dangerous Creatine”

I would advise against this, in my humble opinion, that’s like saying you will hit your head against the wall until you can “feel” the concussion coming- like me, you’re young.
You could be spending your money on better things than iffy, potentially dangerous supplements.
I believe the common consensus on this site is that NO Xplode is a load of crap. I’d simply advise you to supplement with food, food and more food…maybe creatine if you have some spare money sloshing around
okay, I’ve been working out for the past 2 months with a “bulking” mentality. I’ve upped my caloric intake to about 3000-3500 a day. I’ve also been using mass gaining whey protein. In total i work out 4-6 times a week, and I’ve gained 23 lbs in the past 2 months, I’ll admit some of it is fat, but my strength numbers have also increased a lot, probably nearly half of it has been muscle. If you guys could recomend a creatine product that will help me gain muscle mass but will also get me very pumped before a workout (I’m looking for the best product I can find. Also, I would like to try and find a product that won’t “bloat” me or make me look fat. If you could recomend something it would be greatly appreciated.

I’ve been 6’4 since I was 17. 17 is usually about the age we stop growing. Some people might put on an inch or less by the time they are 20, but it’s not particularly common. If you slouch at all, now is the time to fix your posture and everyone will be amazed by how much taller you’ve become.

A pump does not equate to muscle or strength gain. Lately I’ve switched to a powerlifter routine for benching. My chest and tris are larger and stronger than ever before. However, they RARELY feel “pumped” during a workout.
Dont specific types of creatine gt you a natural pump before you workout? plz recommend something…anything, as long as it is a top notch product and wont bloat…price is not an issue, unless its ridiculously expensive.
