Awesome workout, per usual FM, and ironically…this ^^ is something I have to tell myself quite frequently before heading out of the house

kpsnap, I’m sorry if that offended you. I am a master of overstatement and it was meant entirely in humor. This is not the first time in my life that I’ve found myself in trouble for exaggerating the matter at hand. I really don’t take myself very seriously, and it was meant in that vein. Apologies.[/quote]

The apology should be coming from me. I responded quite crassly. I just know that there a number of girlies on here who really struggle with weight.

Carry on your excellent training.

Out of the mouths of babes… Just hysterical! ;o)

knock knock, anyone home??

^ M-in-M,

I’ve been wondering the same thing… Hope all is well with FM.

Come back you are my inspiration!!!

I’m alive

Honestly, I just got a little OD’d on TN for a minute. I’m very much all or nothing, so I had a little ‘nothing’ for a few days. I have also not being sleeping very well and it’s made me less able to manage my habit on here plus kiddos, house, gym and sanity, SO I had to let this go for a brief moment.

Not a small issue either, I was very tired of spending ages logging my work outs and it not posting. FUUUUU.

Anyway, I’m around…

Owlie, thanks’ what a compliment!

MiM, bugger off and go snog your husband (then post pics of his new muscles  jk)

Ummdef, Oh hai

Hi FM! Rest up. I like seeing you around too - so don’t go away for too long. kthx!

FM,

Good to see you around again. Don’t let a TN obsession wreck you, this place is like crack sometimes!! Stay motivated, train hard, the occasional “hi, I’m good” is cool.

Ink

Hi I’m good :stuck_out_tongue:

Masch…I’m not worthy etc. smacks bum

Can I come out of “time out” yet?

Yes silly lol. I didn’t know you were IN time out

Miss you, FM. ;o)
Hope you are well.

FM -

I’m hopeful that you’re simply taking another little hiatus from T-Nation… Just know you’ve got friends back here thinking ‘bout ya’ and hoping you are well.

My PM’s are not working properly so I’ve been unable to say hello via that route.

Take care!

FM,

Received your message but couldn’t reply… One of the administrators is looking into it for me. I’ll keep you posted. ;o)

Hope all is well… keep your head up!

Hi guise

So all is well. Aside from the entire jar of Nutella I nommed along with a significant amount of pb yesterday, all goes well in the diet department. Strangely, those two statements seem not to sit very well together in the same sentence. How curious.

I’m still following Fighter Diet Extreme and now that I’ve figured out how much veg I can consume without wanting to barf up a lung (yes ladylike) I’m feeling much more positive. As are the owners of the store I frequent for my groceries, since I am now spending the equivalent of a third world country’s debt on vegetables. Excellent. In any case, I feel good and I keep the Beano close to my heart.

I haven’t been weighing, partly in an effort to forgoe the weekly mind screw, and partly because I feel it would be a useful tool to be able to evaluate my body neutrally using the mirror. AAAAhahahahhahaaaaa phewie, ok I’m done. Sorry. Ya, I’ll let you know when objectivity is something I can claim a modicum of with regards to my physical self.

Still training hard, changed up all the exercises this week and I’m having to be humble and train around my shoulder which is giving me a fair amount of difficulty. This Thursday just gone I had to drop from my usual 30lbs per side seated bb over head press to 10lbs per side, and that was painful. I kicked significant amounts of rocks. Not that having a tantrum helps, particularly when you’re the only one present and you don’t even get the negative attention. Yes, wahwahwah.

Hope you’re all fighting fit and soundly kicking buttocks.

Adieu.

I hear ya on the objectivity…I tell myself that I shouldn’t by a new scale as I start this process again, but maybe if I promise not to use it but every two weeks??

Sorry bout the shoulder but I hope you stick around!!!

Nutella is the devil. The tasty, sweet, toothsome devil.

The peanut butter component of the pair is more the devil for me.
