First thing 2c hot water with juice of 2 lemons 25oz water with BCAA’s

Sadly I gave in to my cravings and stole my boys chocolate chip bagel…fail. Bad mother plus fatty carbs = shame on me :frowning: In my defense he claimed he didn’t want it…until I ate ate the whole thing, then he cried and said I was only allowed a little bite…woooooops :frowning:

Seated curl: 150lbs x 15 4 1/4 reps at bottom r/p (just assume my rest pause time is between 10 and 15 seconds) 5
Lying leg curl: 80lbs x 14 ( very slow cadence with massive squeeze at top) r/p 4
Plated HS Seated Row: 65lbs x 14 r/p 5
Neutral grip pull down: 100lbs x 8 r/p 3 r/p 1
Seated close grip row feet down: 70lbs x 15 (exaggerated squeeze at top)

Diet this weekend was a see food diet. (see food and eat it groan)

OK it didn’t like my leg day numbers…post, post wherefore art thou post?!!

First thing: BCAA’s and 25oz water, butt load of supps juice of 2 lemons in 2c hot water

0930: 1/2c wheat bran 70g blueberries
1045: 1/2c egg white, 1/3c nonfat plain greek yogurt, 1 scoop whey, 1c spinach blended and chugged
1330: PWO 1sml banana, 1.25 scoop whey creatine, BCAA’s, citrulline malate, beta alanine, Vit C, HMB.
1400: 2 Haribo gummy frogs :O…and yes I counted them into my macros :stuck_out_tongue:

2 gummy frogs, that’s keeping an accurate log! Do you track your macro’s with any website like fitday, or dailyburn? Just curious.

I used to use Lance Armstrong’s Livestrong site (they have a great section on blood doping…) it uses the ‘Daily Plate’ program. Now I just write it down on spread sheets I made with Excel and printed out. Sometimes I get macro values from Calorie King (seems to be a little more accurate) but as you can see my diet is fairly much of a muchness so I know most of the values for things I eat.

Made two posts of my leg day numbers but still no banana…

I always make a copy of my longer posts before sending them for situations like these but you seem to be particularly plagged by the internetz black hole.

I feel persecuted. How’s your minimalist decor doing? I like it, I like it a lot.

decor’s pretty much done. we moved into our new place last June and the last piece missing was the kitchen table which we got done a few weeks ago. good thing about minimalist is that it’s a breeze to clean up.

For a house with two kids and a dog, I’d consider mine pretty minamalist…but then I suppose it’s relative. I get a burning desire to donate large bags of things from the house (mostly kids things since mine are bare minimum now) if I haven’t used it in 6 months, it’s not a genuine emergency item or something of true emotional value then it moves on. Having moved trans atlantic 5 times in the past 12 years has helped me get a grip on what is necessary and what is surplus.

I just reread that and I sound like a maniac. It’s not helped by the mad staring expression upon my face as I search in vain for my QUADS AND CALF LOG…Can anyone out there hear me?!! Where are my numbers!!!

Anyway, now that I’m classified insane in 46 states…

1530: 4oz chicken breasticles 2 cups lettuce 1c cucumber 1tbsp low fat omega rich salad dressing (sue me)
1800: 5oz beef patty with 2c mixed salad.

Looking into my crystal ball I predict:

2030: 3/4c egg whites, 1 omega egg, 1/16c fat free cheese 2c spinach
2200: 1c fat free cottage cheese.

I’m starting to wonder if you work out or if this is just a front FM :wink:
