Think this reply got tagged to me but was meant for @alldayeveryday
It definitely was for me. Don’t overlook posing. It’s way harder than it looks especially to make it look natural. I felt like I became decent in front of a mirror but without it it’s much harder. I’d be curious to see what your contest nutrition plan will look like and if you’ll stay keto throughout.
The coach I’m talking with right now specializes in keto prep. I’m interested in seeing the competition meal plan as well. I hope I’m not a terrible client. Ive already had a disagreement with him on diet smh. We shall see.

Been absent on here this week. It’s been crazy trying to get work all set up to be gone next week…
Surgery is Friday and nerves are starting to set in. Liftoffs been good, nutritions been good, mental outlooks been good, and now it’s time to suck it up and get this over with lol.
Current physique pre surgery. Hopefully I won’t loose too much in the few weeks totally off from lifting.
Wish me luck!
Enjoy that pre-surgery cocktail!! ![]()
Today’s work…

Well tomorrow’s surgery. Decided to have a rest day today. Not feeling beat up or anything just a little stressed and decided that I’d take it easy. I have my athletes at competition today so at least that will make the time pass quickly.
Got the ice circulating machine for the knee and hopefully will wake up nice and drugged without too much pain. I’ll keep you guys updated…

I’m out of surgery, home and recovering. They ended up doing umbilical hernia, inguinal hernia, ACL repair (they took my pateller tendon), and a minimal shave of m meniscus.
I’m excited that they didn’t have to stitch the meniscus as that means I won’t be on crutches for a month.
Over all pretty close to as smooth as I could have asked for.
PT starts on Monday…
Glad you are home and doing ok. Recover quickly my friend.
The LORD nurses them when they are sick and restores them to health. (Psalm 41:3)
Great news on successful outcome to the op, prayers for a speedy recovery from a brother from the UK!

Can’t really do weigh ins as of yet with the giant lockout brace. That said with the brace, sweats, and hoodie I was 179 . I’m sure that’s gotta be almost 10 lbs.
It’s strange to look at my stomach with an innie belly button now. The whole abdominal area is a little swollen along with the knee of course, but I’m sure that will subside soon enough.
For now it’s rest and a bunch of Movies/shows. One day out and I’m already feeling stir crazy lol
Thanks Simo! This surgery thing is no joke… I was underestimating how much of a cripple I would be. With the abdomin sore as well it makes moving around pretty tough but I’m already feeling a little better today.
Thank you! I know that Gods got this under control for sure!
I suggest waiting longer than you want to go out and about. I’ve had four surgeries and I made the same mistake on three of them - I felt stir crazy and wanted to get out of the house. On all occasions, I felt faint, nauseous, and regret.
Here’s to a complication and (mostly) pain free recovery. Glad you’re on the other side!
Hey buddy, best of luck with your recovery.
Take it easy buddy, all the best.
I wish you a speedy recovery. What movies and shows do you have planned for yourself?
@jackolee have you checked out any of the Matt Vincent vids on you tube. He went through a knee reco a year or so back and did some good vids on his recovery protocols. May be worth watching if you are stuck on the couch.
