I love weighted pull ups and dips. I start every back day with bodyweight pull ups for warm-up and then start pyramiding the weight on pull ups. Ive seen plenty pros state thst its superior to lat pull downs. Wide grip weighted pull ups to close grip t bar rows and pull overs. Single arm dumbbell rows. Meadows rows. My go to routines

Funny. I’ve tried cutting in the past and always did it with some cheat foods and beer, so I’m giving a very tight approach a shot.

Woke 176.2
Weights back up to a new high for this bulk. Calories have been between 3200 and 4000 daily. Feeling good, hungry and recovering well from workouts. Still not sleeping the best because of my knee but it’s slowly getting better

We have a place here called costa vida. Much better than chipotle. I’m cheap and concerned with the quality of what’s going on my burrito so I make my own most of the time. Had two today!

Woke 162.2

Could have been a little higher. Was feeling a little hungry right before bed but was really tired so I went to sleep rather than eating again. All the same this is definitely the leanest I have felt at over 175.

Today’s gonna be work from 7:00am to 10:00 pm. We’re hosting a gymnastics competition with over 400 competitors. At least this year I won’t be cutting weight for contest prep.

Up 7.8 lbs so far with this bulk. Plan on keeping it going until around mid May and then dialing it back slightly if I’m getting a little fluff. 165-170 ya previously been my easy weight window to stay in. Really want to reset this to 175-180 and eventually 185 but I know… it takes time :rage:.

9:00 am and I’ve had a cream cheese bagel, two helpings of breakfast casserole with egg, hash browns, sausage, peppers, and cheese, and a egg and chorizo taco. Gonna be a heavy eating day since it’s catered all day!

I just had 6 eggs and a half a sleeve of jimmy dean sausage with a large helping of shredded cheddar added to the eggs as well as heavy whipping cream and salt. My daughter at a little of my sausage for me though lol

You jerks are adding fat to my love handles just through internet osmosis. You eat and stay lean while I go hungry and get soft.

@Frank_C, I think that Jack has earned the right to tease us about food, given his huge sacrifice and accomplished level of lean last year… but that’s my opinion.

Well, I’m going to gain a few more lbs tonight. We’re going out to eat and I’m getting pizza or a big burger with an egg on top plus truffle fries.
