Not sure what you definition of troll is. I’ve already proven that I am who I say I am. Thats undebateable. If its someone that says things in order to get a rise out of people, then yes, im guilty. But so are many others. We as humans love to piss others off. We enjoy it. Though I feel humans are the lowest form of creature on this planet. as far as integrity and loyalty go.

…proving, again…
injuries don’t derail me. they result in a bit of a detour… but there is always something i can get into the spirit of progressing.
the biggest motivation suck / derailer for me is feeling like it isn’t my space anymore. i can mostly ignore odd randoms (though sometimes they get to me) but the absolute worst is people i sorta know outside the gym. i don’t know… sure i rest for three minutes but i really need to focus on me… otherwise… it isn’t me time anymore.
bit of a rant…
what is up with guys where it can be the case that there is literally me and one other person in the gym and that other person has to set up shop within two meters of me? usually right in front of me. are people intentionally trying to be annoying? why? what. the. fuck.
?
Snorting spiders is what made me the man I am today.
Ive knocked out my front teeth aswell. That doesnt count as an injury.

Injuries derail me, I’m nursing a strained tendon in my forearm and I cannot lift anything with it until it’s fully healed or risk re-injuring it. Even things like lateral raises and overhead presses can’t be done because that requires lifting the dumbbells which utilize the forearm muscles.
I have had a lot of turmoil in my relationships in the last few months (broke up with the 2nd girlfriend in 7 months) it hasn’t really de-railed me, I find myself wanting to train because it just relaxes me and reduces the emotional frustration within me.
Unfortunately I’ve got hit with a double whammy this week, my most recent girlfriend broke up with me and I’m nursing this damn forearm injury, I’m kind of in idle mode now, but I’m still getting in some bike riding at the lake to stay active.
A lot of times it’s keeping your routine intact through all of the ups and downs that life throws at you that keeps you sane.

Heh heh. Same as when you go to a restaurant and the place is literally empty. The hostess seats you, and 10 minutes later she seats the only other customer right next to you.

alcoholism. Honestly it might be depression but it manifests as alcoholism. I’ll probably need to seek help someday but now is not the time. [/quote]
you aint an alcoholic, Am - Alcoholics go to meetings…
but you and I are in the same category, someday but not today~
oh - Zombie attacks have a tenancy to derail my training~
I posted another picture for you in my training log.

well… maybe sorta the same with the annoying… but sorta not since it makes sense to keep things together from the waitresses POV. saves some walking…
but the gym thing? all i can figure is that the person is trying to get me to focus on them. aka: they are intentionally trying to rerail my training. which just sucks.

no, but my pcp does tho.
My old pcp said if your shoulder hurts try not moving your arm for 2 months and see if it stops. I got a new pcp.
