Ha you won’t like what you see then haha. I need you and the other guy who PMed me to post on the DC thread first to make sure you’ve got the basics down or else it would be irresponsible for me to send some of the information out if I don’t know if it’ll be put to good use. No offense meant, just want to be careful. I’m going into work in a short while but if you have your stuff together I’ll get it out to you tomorrow.

Watching Ronnie lift (and speak for that matter) is one of the best things about bodybuilding for me, haha.
You dirty dirty boy… hahaha[/quote]
Youre right, I should have worded that more carefully. I was really just referring to his self-talk that he does all the time…its probably one of the funniest things Iv seen recently.
“Fight or flight”.
Consciously choosing “Fight”.
WINNING.

I like the fact that bodybuilding is a very black and white sport. You can either lift the weight, or you can’t. Nothing anyone else does affects if you can lift the weight by yourself or not. It’s also a great way to let off steam or hit the restart button on a bad day.
Giving advice to people trying to better themselves is great. Having the knowledge of how to succeed is even better if you can share it with others and they use it too.
Being stronger, looking better, feeling better, and living longer are all pluses too ;).
The biggest guys at the gym, the most successful bodybuilders there, tend to be the nicest guys.

I second that.
Getting more looks from girls than I used to doesn’t hurt either.

Clearly you have not seen the “Gym Rules” thread.
