lawl one of my bosses used to say I wore smediums
Barbell Thrusters (front squat / overhead press) 2- in-1 baby!
Back Squat
Deadlift
Pull-Ups
Bench Press
debating on whether I should keep the back squat since the thrusters already incorporate a squat.

In my modest opinion you are on something.
For shoulder safety i would go with:
- dumbbells thrusters,
- deadlifts,
- rings/free moving 2 handles vertical pull
- dumbbells press
- pulley pullback

Agreed
Silly premise is silly. Do you really expect to discover any new exercises here? If you want to improve a certain body part, all you need to do is ask what movements people prefer for that bodypart. If you want to get a lift better, ask how people have gotten X lift better. This, on the other hand, is silly.
Squat
incline Db press
pullup
deadlift
car pushes in parking lot after workout
