Yes. I used to be fat and still doing a good amount of cardio. It’s just a tool, and it won’t repair the damage of over eating
i do the samething ! 1900-2000 calories and eating more on the weekend. Im in maintenance, but when i stay clean in the week-end too a lose fat so it’s perfect
@Christian_Thibaudeau In the article, the peri-workout nutrition guideline reads,
- Workout: 40g of protein and 60g of carbs (Plazma™)
but if you multiply the serving size of Plazma to meet the carb amount you have about half the amount of protein that is prescribed. Even if one was using Plazma, what would you fill the gap with? Is whey too difficult to digest to be used as a protein source intra-workout?
And, if one wasn’t using Biotest, and whey was fine, then I reckon 10g EAA/BCAA + the rest in whey might be “okay”?
I use a serving of MAG-10 added to PLAZMA
You would go with whey (ideally hydrolysate, isolate is 2nd best option, concentrate 3rd) to which you could add 5-10g of leucine (not the full BCAAs).
Christian,
If I add a serving of Mag10 on Plazma, can I remove the pulse 30’ post workout
Is it noticeable as far as MSP and recovery is concerned have a pulse or include the Mag10 to reach the 40:60 ratio juste pre /intra?
