Half Mile Jog
Got cramps in my abdomen mid way through so it got cut short.

Got rack set up. Fit better than I thought it would. Still basically out of space in my tiny bedroom, but aside from a little bit weight in the form of plates I am pretty much set to train my heart out in confines of my bedroom. Ideally I would be able to get a set 5lbers but kind of hard to not get gouged on that stuff.

Overall very nice and convenient. Although it is missing something, the environment.

Hopefully the 4 25s I ordered finally arrive tomorrow, although I am not holding my breath at this point. If they don’t I am getting a refund. Wish I could get 45s but nowhere to be found atm

Came back to finish workout after finishing final project for Intro to Athletic Training. Lowerback was toasty after the first set so I just backed to 135 and got a sick pump.

1/4 Mile Split Time: 19 minutes 54 seconds.

I knew once I started I knew I was recovered enough to meet my goal. So much power and energy in every lunge. The first quarter was a little slower than I wanted. I tried my hardest to keep my pace up but somewhere in the middle I slowed down. I tend to hit a second gear during the later parts of these workouts though. Around .88 miles I checked time and distance and knew I was just 2 or so minutes slower than I needed to be. So I pushed and gritted through it. Tried not to stop for more than few seconds. I heard the app say “mile time time blah blah” and I knew it was over.

I am glad I did this. I pushed myself mentally and physically very hard. but I will be glad to do something else. I want to push Squats. This GPP base I built with so many lunges should help with almost all my goals for this year.

I mean that’s where the majority of the doms are. Honestly not that bad

Gyms opened in a limited capacity. I simply went late at night to avoid issues with the social distancing rules.

Moved like butter neither another rep or more weight happened. Nice mostly controlled eccentric. Pretty excited about what this means for my Deadlift.
