The owner of the gym I go to lent me a barbell and some weights to train with during the social isolation period. I have enough weight to go up to 315, plus I own a band to fiddle with for deadlifts. Hopefully this is not required for more than a few weeks. I really have to give Jeremy (The Bar Owner) some due credit he is making it possible for people to continue training during the quarantine. His gym was looking pretty bare when I showed up
