No chalk on this. Wanted to work up to something reasonable and then do some drop sets. Got a really nice trap and forearm pump. The contest I want to do in August has Farmer’s hold for 250/hand for either weight class I could land in. I know I can pick it up, it’s just matter of improving how long I can hold onto it. I feel like it could potentially be a really good event for me, but no coasting, only hard work.
