Wait, does this mean you can bench 195 raw, and 280 in a machine? What kind of machine? Is it hydraulic?

This guy gives you an 8/10…ooops he was thinking that he was on a different forum ALSO
If his right hand had moved even slightly when that picture was taken, civilization as we know it may have come crashing to an end.

im speechless…

Alright, I’ve been on this website about 2 years and training for 3, and I still don’t have the balls to argue with the people on this site, because a lot of these people have learned what they know by training and real life experiences, not by “calculus 4” or whatever. I’m a college student just like you studying biochem, so don’t go telling me you’re swamped with work, cause i still find time to train 5 days a week. Maybe if you spent your time eating, lifting, and READING rather than arguing, you’d actually see respectable changes.

I still spend most of my free time reading articles here and learning because there’s so much to learn, and I’ve been doing that ever since i found this site. Your sorry ass has only been here for a year and you’re saying you don’t need advice? If your attitude on this site is anything like in your academics, then I don’t care how smart you can sound, you’re never going anywhere in life.

you’re the one talking shit because your reading comprehension is lacking. you got what you deserved.

and way to act like you are the bigger man with your “depriving you of your satisfaction” bullshit…i guess when you look like you do, you have to talk like you’re big. i take no satisfaction in seeing you fail so terribly in trying to impress everyone here.

this is the greatest troll ever. A+

good post.

Not to mention I defended his freakshow neck and he didn’t even thank me.

IMO a lot of ppl have to be afraid for the pics posted here…

you are optimist

LOL this thread is great. Even after TC’s latest article I still can’t help but laugh.

Look man, I know you are legit. Some of your other posts are valuable to an extent. But for the love of God PLEASE stop talking about introductory college math. It is not hard, I took it in HS then attended a technical school to continue studying computer science and math. You won’t see me justifying my awesomeness by talking about it though.

this guy is sproating crap all over this site…

he needs exterminated!

IMVHO he needs:
-to eat more/better
-to train more/better
-to learn to be a bit humble

To be more specific:
he need to improve pecs, lat, arms, shoulders mass. Also he should post legs shot and other mandatory poses (double biceps front and rear for example).

THIS THREAD IS SERIOUS BUSINESS

i indirectly did too, and then he tried to talk down on me because he can’t read. not worth the time.

but im a solid 4.5/10 on this site IMO. compared to others.

i see you as simply skinny, you dont look like you lift

in fact, all of my lifts were better than yours before I started lifting, and youve been at it for two years? something is seriously wrong here.

you might not be looking for tips, but i sugest you start
You were VERY lucky to be like that when you started. I started benching at 85 pounds (granted, I was 15). To the OP, it seems like you might be on the right track, but don’t bother posting an RMP if you look like a twig.

I’m going to try to be civilized:

I’ll start off with a reply pertaining specifically to Rating Your Physique. Your physique is average among men who don’t weight lift (at your age), maybe only slightly better. Considering you have been training for two years, however, it really isn’t that good. I don’t think I would give you a one, maybe a two.

You would benefit a lot by eating more, being more consistent with your training (if you already aren’t), and getting enough sleep. Try and keep all the variables constant regarding your daily life. Sleep, diet, etc. should be important. Also, I would recommend switching your lifting routine once your gains plateaued. I really don’t understand how you have been getting stronger and bigger for the past two years because you still look like a stick. But, maybe you started out VERY small so I give you props for getting this far.

This next bit will be regarding your strength:

Okay buddy, you REALLY need to start hitting your lower body a lot harder. The reason why people are giving you “bullshit” remarks about squatting more often is because your deadlift and squat are very very low compared to your bench press.

Even your overall strength is not spectacular. I was out-deadlifting you, benching slightly less than you, and out-squatting you when I was in 9th grade in highschool, with 6 months of serious training under my belt (and I was touching my a$$ to the floor on the squats!)

Squatting more often is actually good advice. A good program that I was on in 9th grade was Bill Starr’s 5x5. It had me squatting 3 times/week, and my squat gains exploded on it. Your legs will adapt to this frequent training because they are designed that way. They are way more tolerant to frequency than the upper body. Think about it: you walk all the time during the day, everyday, so your legs are constantly in motion. But, you don’t get sore from just walking now do you?

So, really start focusing on the lower body a lot more. Although squatting and deadlifting are not as glamorous as the bench press, they will contribute the most to your size and strength gains.

Alrighty then, this next bit will pertain to your attitude:

Now, keep in mind I don’t mind to sound too patronizing here, but you did ask for advice, you seem to be getting flamed, and you it seems like you think everyone on this forum is stupid.

The members on this forum are incredibly intelligent and much sharper than you think. Like others have said, we have engineers, doctors, men in the armed forces, scientists, etc. among the masses. Although they may seem to come off as a little bit harsh, whether you like it or not, you would do well to bite back your tongue and take the advice. True, some members did nothing but say LOOOOOL or similar. But ignore those posts, after all, your in this for yourself and nobody else.

Also, PLEASE don’t act superior/cocky/patronizing to everyone else. You posted earlier that you are smarter than everyone else. Does this pertain to your physique? By posting something like that, you are equating yourself to the jerk who brags about how he is bigger than everyone else. So in a way, YOU’RE the real meathead.

Also, you posted earlier that you dont want to “insult people” and you “wont stoop to their level”, etc. But sir, I quote:

"I think i mentioned that i dont bother including ’ when typing. Funny seeing you trying to pick on most miniscule details  GJ grab a cookie.

But isnt it your bedtime soon ?! its almost 10pm!! hurry up to bed before your mommy finds out youve been surfing the intrawebz past your bedtime :("

and

"I’m not gonna fall to your level and just throw insults on an internet forum, lol. I have better things to do. You have fun tho.

PS. if its one of the few things in life that gives you satisfaction - please continue so… All of us are human and we have the need to express ourselves in one way or another - I wont deprive you of yours :)"

Though you may be slightly more subtle than other members posting in this thread, you honestly think that isn’t insulting? You honestly think that isn’t annoying? You honestly think you aren’t stooping to the level of others? Well if you do, you’re wrong.

Fact of the matter, kiddo, is that until you learn to accept criticism properly, you aren’t getting anywhere. Even if someone posts something insulting, you IGNORE it so as not to ruin your thread. It doesn’t matter whose fault it is, your thread is still ruined and everyone thinks your an asshole. How are you supposed to get help in THAT situation?

Please think about what I wrote, seriously, and post back with a better attitude.

Thanks,
Seinix

gave you a 10… never saw a turtle this hyyyyuge
