but really if u have it in the end of the day then insulin release is what ya dont want and the end of the day u dont really need the energy so maybe end of the day is better

Just curious what brand of ACV everyone is using and if anyone recommends a certain brand.

I’ve been currently using the Heinz stuff - store the bottle in my fridge and take a shot of it before 3 of my meals (morning, afternoon, and night) and chase it with 2 fiber choice tabs to kill the nasty taste (Berardi recommended 3 tbsp’s a day in his no nonsense nutrition).

I usually have it with a few shakes of cinnamon and a little bit of water mixed to cut the taste a bit. I actually think it tastes pretty good.

Also, vinegar is about the same acidity as a can of coke so I wouldn’t be too worried about eroding your digestive tract or ruining your teeth enamel any more than you would just from drinking soda.

Stomach acid is HCl, which is considerably more acidic than vinegar, which is why this can happen to people with eating disorders.

Is everyone taking the unfiltered ACV with the “mother” in it? I just saw this stuff at the store and wondered if the regular crap I have been drinking is worthless and I have been drinking this nasty tasting shit and getting no benefits from it.

I drink store brand ACV usually from walmart.

if its opened for a while the Mother of vinager shows up and I just swirl it around and drink it with it.
