The 3rd Law of Muscle

Thanks, chimera182. So is there a general consensus that ANACONDA is best of three for muscle gain? Does ANACONDA contain BCAAs?

Yes, all protein powders do.

Just to clarify a few things, I am not a professional athlete or a bodybuilder. My goal is simply to gain as much muscle mass as possible while minimizing the fat gain. The majority of my caloric intake comes from protein, healthy fats and only a minimum amount of carbs (around 50 grams a day) from veggies and spinach. I do not consume any fruits.

Saturday and Sunday are my cheat days during which I pretty much eat what I want, but within reason. On those days I do consume a lot more carbs from bread and sweets, but for the rest of the week I follow a very strict diet and keep carbs under a tight control. I am not afraid of extra calories that are necessary to support muscle growth, but I have to say that as a former fat boy, I am afraid of carbs.

My workouts last for about 1 hour including a 10-minute warm-up. I take 5 minutes rest intervals between each exercise and about 2 minutes rest between each set. I do not do cardio.

As I have already mentioned, my goal is to gain as much lean muscle mass as possible, but I am having a hard time deciding which of the three supplements (Surge Workout Fuel, ANACONDA or MAG-10) is the best fit for my diet and workout. I can only afford one of three.

Also, whatever supplement is the answer, let’s say, ANACONDA, how should I take it given my diet and workout and since I already take Alpha-GPC, BCAA, BETA-7, Creatine, Power Drive, and Receptormax pre-workout, I am wondering if it is an overkill and what is the correct way to stack it with, say, ANACONDA, or any other of the three supplements.

P.S. I hope Mod Brian or someone who knows these supplements well will answer. I would like to place the order today.

Thanks.[/quote]

If it was me I would use MAG-10 and SWF combined. One scoop of each is almost the price as one scoop of anaconda. Anaconda is MAG-10 with some extras. You are already taking creatine and swf has a lot of the same extra stuff as anaconda.

Gaining muscle on 50g of carbs would be impossible for me and the best time to increase carbs is around your workout. I’m no expert though.

Tried this for the first time, did shoulders and tri’s (OHP, lateral raises, BB shrugs, front raises, skullcrushers, pushdowns). Didn’t feel tired out so i did back and bi’s too (deadlift, BB rows, Cable v-grip rows, lat pulldowns, DB curls, EZ bar curls)…i felt fresh the whole time. It was awesome.

Question for Mod Brian. I recently found two unopened tubs of Surge Workout Fuel in one of my boxes with an expiration date of 1/11. Should I throw them out to be safe or is there a chance they still might be okay to use? Thanks.

tried to make some middle class man’s Anaconda by adding some creatine and half a scoop of whey to my Surge workout fuel. what do you guys think about the combo? i know its not the dicreatine malate and the casein hydrolysate but i thought with the carbs of the SWF the absorption rate of the creatine and protein could be a little higher.

did legs with it today and worked up to 95% of 1RM for 4 reps on squat. felt pretty good
