I honestly apologize if you took offense, I was taking the song in the original context and just trying to change as little as possible to make it funny.
I really didn’t think this thread would even spark so much discussion over rap in general actually. I thought it might get like 1 reply and die peacefully. Again, it was never my intention to offend anyone, more if someone had heard the song before they could have a good smile…

I know you were not intending any offense, No need for apology, as a musician (non-pro) myself it just seemed you could have been a tad more creative and substituted the inflammatory words as well as the other words as you were doing that anyway (i.e. “brudda’s”, for example). Understand this is not a race thing as in “you are not allowed to use the word”, I’m not doggin’ you out!..I’m more pissed off with the originators (boneheaded black guys) trying to justify using it to begin with, that is trying to defend the indefensible. Black females have been taking these momos to task lately for the same thing with the “bitch” word, so maybe there will be some progress eventually…
